As seen in our name, we strive to be the salt of the earth showing our integrity as a company that believes in kindness, reliability, and honesty. Through our services we will provide essential care to individuals and continue to honor our community.
Salt of the Earth Behavioral strives to help individuals with behavioral management in social and communication skills. The goal is not merely to be neurotypical but rather for our clients to feel equipped to handle life challenges, interactions, and to show the beauty of being unique. Developmental issues do not need to be shamed but rather celebrated and our objective is to help these individuals manage day to day scenarios in which they can thrive.

Salt of the Earth Behavioral has been formed by two Mexican American women who believe in compassionate care for others. Both co owners have experience in behavioral health and have been able to grow with the awareness of applied behavioral analysis. Going to California Baptist University has also allowed the company to understand the beauty of intertwining God with ABA. Starting from the ground up, Salt of the Earth Behavioral has been shaped to be kind, reliable, and honest.
